On Board Hospitality Awards

 

We have been delighted to be acknowledged for our contributions to the airline industry, particularly over this most difficult of times. It has been wonderful to have the opportunity to celebrate the awards we have been fortunate enough to receive, a few of which are mentioned below: 

At the On-Board Hospitality Awards (OBH) a new category was created called; Industry Champions, acknowledging teams and individuals who have demonstrated resilience and commitment during what have been exceptional times. It is with immense pride that the entire Monty’s Bakehouse team received this award in 2020, for the energy and support we provided our local community over the Covid crisis and our donation of over 1.3 million meals to local families, the homeless and NHS staff.

Our new Freeze/Thaw Snack Pack won the Ones to Watch category at the 2021 OBH Awards for innovation excellence. Thanks to its unique baking technology the snack pack guarantees a premium quality eating experience whilst securing a minimum effort and low touch solution for crew. “We know from talking to our customers, crew and passengers these low touch solutions offer significant benefits, particularly in protecting ourselves in the current pandemic.” Comments Bridget Paice Key Accounts Director.

Finally, we are extremely honoured to have received recognition for two categories in the Readers Vote, as voted by contemporaries, clients and customers;

o   Best for Onboard Snacks in Economy with the Monty’s Bakehouse Chilled Duo Box

and

o   Best for Onboard Sustainability: Monty’s Bakehouse BarricadeECO
